Partnership and Membership

LIAE works hand-in-hand with a vast network of partners, including UN entities, international organizations, national governments, non-governmental organizations, academic institutions, foundations, business, industry, the media and civil society to bring sustainable change in the target communities. LIAE is also a member of many like-minded organizations, as well as those network groups that bring together organizations working in the same area.

At the core of LIAE’s mission is deep commitment to work as partners to fostering sustainable development. Rather than impose, it seeks to empower and support through collaboration. By investing in people and strengthening institutions, it helps local organizations lead their own development, increase their impacts and produce sustainable solutions. Over the course of its history, it has also built a wealth of partnership lessons and experiences through working with more than 100 government line offices and 35 international donors in 15 zones and 27 woredas of its target regions.

LIAE believes that all of its partners, listed below, sustain its life-saving and life-enhancing work, and is proud to be a committed and active partner with them.
